Notary Journal - We make these in-house and take pride in their design. Unlike most journals, they are not string bound. These are spiral bound and easy to lay flat. They are 8.5 x 5.75 inches, half the size of a normal journal and easy to stick in a purse. There is enough space for 400 signatures, 200 journal entries, each entry on its own page, an entry consisting of one or two signatures. Each page has room for several documents. The reason we like this journal is because it gives privacy to the signer. The only page they see is the page they are signing when the journal is laid flat for signing. In these days when identity theft is such a problem, protecting the journal entries is an important function of the notary. $15.00 including tax and shipping.
