This is a very useful tool. You get several sheets of decals (stickers) with the the jurat
wording. In total, you get 100 decals. The wording is customized with your county
information to speed up your notary work.

You can use these decals when you have a form without the correcct notary wording. Simply
stick the decal onto the form (it peels off from the sheet where it was printed and sticks right
onto the document being notarized). Complete the decal by writing in the date and the name
of the signer. Sign where indicated. Use your notary stamp to notarize next to the decal. If
available, use your embosser to emboss on the form and slightly overlap the decal.

You now have a very secure document. If the decal is removed from the document, your
notary stamp impression is still on the original document but the document is invalid without
notary wording. If you have embossed the corner, and the decal is removed, the decal will
draw attention because only a part of an embossing will be showing on the decal.

The decal can also be used to cover incorrect wording on the document. The decal has the
California notary disclosure and is can be used to cover old wording that does not have the
disclosure.

The decal can also be used when a separate form needs to be attached to the document but
the attachment is unavailable. Simple stick the decal onto a blank sheet of paper and you
instantly have a form that can be attached to the document. You don't need to carry separate
forms when you have the decals.
