If you are a signing agent or traveling notary, this kit will have everything you need. Just add your favorite pen.
Everything is included in a locking case that is easy to carry. The kit is secure and professional. Inside,
each of your notary tools slips into a black zipper pouch that keeps everything in it's place. You will have
everything you need at your fingertips.

The kit includes the following items

  • Notary $15,000 bond (see item 201 if bond not needed).
  • Compact, lay flat, privacy protected notary journal. Fits perfectly in the case next to the black zipper bag.
  • Self-inking notary stamp. This is your spare stamp to keep at home or office.
  • Pre-Inked travel notary stamp. Fits in the black supply bag. Small impression area and sharp detail. Notarize tight spaces easily.
  • Thumbprint pad. Fits in the black supply bag. Inkless thumbprint pad lasts for 800 or more thumbprints.
  • Compact acknowledgment stamp. Fits in black supply bag. Impression area is as small as possible to stamp in small spaces.
  • Compact jurat stamp. Fits in black supply bag. Impression is as small as possible yet still readable and writable.
  • Date stamp. Fits in black supply bag. Make sure that your dates are clear and difficult to modify.
  • Plain paper note pad. Fits under journal. Use with jurat and acknowledgment stamps as needed.
  • Black zipper bag for keeping the smaller supplies organized,
  • Locking case. Black case with lock, keys, and clipboard top. Everything fits in securely.
  • Note: More expensive white case may be substituted if black case is out of stock.

    This kit is great for any traveling notary. Instead of carring a handbag full of your supplies, this kit has a
    place for everything. Easy to open and find exactly what you need. The case itself is about 13 x 10 inches with
    a height of over two inches. It is easy to carry in a shopping bag in dangerous areas. The top of the case
    has a writing surface and a clipboard clip to hold documents. Room inside for your pens and other essentials.

    Missing an acknowledgment or jurat when at an appointment? Or, did you make an error when completing the form?
    The kit includes both an acknowledgment and jurat stamp and a pad of blank paper. Stamp on the blank pad and
    create a new or replacement form. If someone needs to write a sworn statement, you can have them write on the
    pad (using the case's clipboard), stamp your jurat stamp on the bottom, swear in the client, and collect your fee.
    The acknowledgment has your name and the county name on it. All you need to enter is the date and the names of
    your customer. The jurat has your county pre-entered. Again, your only need to input the date and the client's
    name.

    Compare prices. Our complete kit is inexpensive. You can add $100,000 E&O coverage and still pay less than E&O
    coverage only from other companies. If you placed an order when you took your notary class, call the company and
    cancel your order.
