Mailing Options

We offer several types of mailing services. Below is a description of each mail
service and when it might be useful. Please note: we cannot be responsible for your
mail service. We can get it in the mail with the options you request but we cannot
guarantee successful delivery. That being said, only occasional mail gets lost and
you have more experience with your mail reliability and chance of loss.

Bond Shipping Options
Type of Service Description
#190 - Free Bond Shipping
This is mailing by first class mail. Normal arrival time is two to three
days. This is fine for 97% of notaries. If your mail service is reliable,
this should work fine. The bond will come in a stamped business envelope.
There is no tracking on the envelope. If four mail days have passed and
it has not been received, contact us for a replacement and consider using
a different mail option.
# 191 - Bond Shipping in Large Colorful Envelope
This is mailing by first class mail but in a labeled, large, and colorful
envelope. It draws attention and makes it easier to recognize. The mailing
label also decreases the likelihood of the post office losing it. Use this
service to provide a little extra security en route and to avoid losing the
envelope at home (under a pile of papers or sitting unnoticed in a stack on
the counter.
# 192 - Bond Shipping in Large Colorful Envelope with Tracking Number
This service is a little more expensive but provides a tracking number for
the notary that wants to know where the bond is throughout the shipping
process. You'll know its route and when it is held by your local carrier.
You'll be able to track it to your mailbox.
# 193 - Bond Shipping in Large Colorful Envelope with Tracking Number and Signature Required
This service is one of the best to make sure you receive the package. It
requires a signature at delivery. You'll be able to track it and someone
will need to sign for it. Do not use this service if you are unable to
be available at the time of delivery because the carrier will need to
take it back to the post office if unsigned. This is a good service for
businesses, where people are available to sign for delivery.
# 194 - Bond Shipping by Priority Mail
Priority mail generally gets the mail to its destination faster. One day is
common in the Sacramento area and two days throughout most of the remainder
of California. There are a few rural three day areas in California. Priority
mail is trackable but we don't provide a tracking number except after the
second day by e-mail request.
# 195 - Bond Shipping by Priority Mail with Signature Required
Priority mail is faster and the signature requirement will let you know who
received your package. Us only if someone will be available to sign for
the package upon receipt.
Supply Shipping Options
Type of Service Description
# 196 - Free Shipping of Supplies
This is mailing by first class mail. Normal arrival time is two to three
days. This will work for most supplies. The package is trackable but we
will track it only after three postage days have passed.
# 197 - First Class Mailing of Supplies with Signature Required
This is mailing by first class mail but a signature is required upon
delivery. This is great for businesses where a signer is
always available. It is also good in areas with higher mail
theft rates. The mail has to be physically given to someone
upon delivery.
# 198 - Priority Mailing of Supplies
Priority mail is trackable and gets the mail to its destination one day
faster. Good for notaries who need their stamp quickly.
# 199 - Priority Mailing of Supplies with Signature Required
Priority mail is trackable and gets the mail to its destination one day
faster. The signature requirement helps determine who received the
package.
