The jurat stamp is handy for when a customer comes up to you with a handwritten document and says that they need
it to be notarized. After you explain the different types of notary wording to the customer, they will almost
always choose a jurat. Using the jurat stamp will save you from having to attch a separate jurat form or the
risk that a dishonest customer will switch documents when a separate form is used. The jurat is also a time
saver since it is customized with your county are already on the stamp. (You can also ask for a plain stamp
